About Us

Jonathan Crowder, JD


Jonathan M. Crowder, JD, is an acclaimed facilitator, speaker, coach, and attorney.  He uniquely combines his professional background with a lifelong love of music and spirituality to facilitate individuals and groups in reaching their highest potential.   

Jon founded Peak Rhythms with the mission of empowering and uniting people through rhythm. Among others, his clients have included Toyota, Wells Fargo, the Young Presidents' Organization, Kennedy Space Center, the University of Texas football team, the University of Colorado hospital, the International Academy of Management, executive teams, schools, spiritual and religious conferences, community groups, and more. He and the Peak Rhythms team have facilitated tens of thousands of people in keynotes and organizational and personal development programs.  He is an accomplished musician with extensive experience in the universal principles of drumming, rhythm, and ceremony. He unites old wisdom with the modern knowledge of personal and group development.  He is also a Remo drum company Endorsed Drum Circle Facilitator, a trained Health Rhythms facilitator, and a professional member of the Drum Circle Facilitators Guild.

An accomplished percussionist, guitarist, pianist, and songwriter, Jon graduated from Vanderbilt University and was elected to a three year term on Vanderbilt's Board of Trust. He also attended the University of Florida law school and practiced law with an AV rated firm.  In his spare time, Jon is an avid skier, hiker, and practitioner/teacher of taichi. 




Aaron Sanford


Aaron has been a fundamental part of the Peak Rhythms team since the beginning.  He serves as our lead percussionist in programs supporting groups to discover and achieve their Peak Rhythms.  Exceptionally talented, he is a master percussionist, drum builder, multi-instrumentalist, and artist.  He has studied with multiple African master drummers.  He also sells his hand carved drums and can help you with your drum and instrument needs.
